With a career spanning 45 years in global hospitality, Diego spent 30 consecutive years managing a 3* Michelin restaurant and hotel, where he served global leaders, royalty and film stars.

He is a legendary figure, awarded the Cavaliere Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana, Italy’s equivalent of a knighthood, for his exceptional contribution hospitality and catering. He is also one of only three individuals ever to receive the prestigious Grand Prix de L'Art de la Salle.
